Overall, good experience. Had breakfast here Saturday. Homey kitschy atmosphere. Over easy eggs were done well. Wanted patty... sausage, but got the big links. Very salty. No grits, so I had home fries. The potato was sliced too thin and they weren'tcrispy, but they tasted fine. Service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was packed. Never got a coffee refill. Friendly staffand reasonable prices. Read more

What a pleasant surprise! The food and atmosphere were wonderful. The staff was warm and friendly, and they were extremely kind... and accommodating to our 3yo daughter. They took her order right away while we were still deciding so that she'd get her food asquickly as possibly. They even gave her a bowl of ice cream afterward. Service was quick, and our waiter was attentive. He didlittle things, like adding whipped cream and sprinkles to our daughter's ice cream, as well as wrapping plastic wrap around myto go soup to keep the lid from coming off in the bag. All the food was fantastic - definitely a step or two above the otherdiners around here. My wife's Greek chicken salad was amazing, with the chicken perfectly marinated and cooked. The beef barleysoup I got was so good that I ordered more to go (which I'm eating now even though I just got home and am full). My French dipsandwich came on a crusty roll, and the meat was lean and perfect. The Au jus was flavorful, not bland like it often canbe. The place has an old school feel, with even the order tickets being hand written and punched into a register by hand. Thismight be our new favorite local diner. Read more

Wow! I was so NOT expecting this little hidden gem! Ive driven by so many times but I've never stopped in until last night,... after my son's baseball game. My husband, 2 of our sons and I enjoyed a DELICIOUS meal, the service was friendly and fast, theywere quick, and the prices are fantastic! Idk what took us so long to try it, but this is gonna be a new family go-to spot forus!! They have a typical diner style menu with tons of variety and options, which makes it great when no one can agree on whatkind of food we're in the mood for, lol. And those home fries are DELICIOUS!!! Definitely recommend ???? Read more

8/15/2022 We have gone to this restaurant in the past but never have we had such lousy service the kitchen. Waited over an... hour for a gyro. When we finally said to the waitress that we were leaving she put the meals to go. We didn't blame thewaitress and complained to the cashier but all we got was "we don't know why the kitchen was so slow.... " They have lost agood customer for sure! Read more

The redeeming part of my visit was that my table appeared to be clean, and the food was hot and decent. The decor is confusing.... Somewhere between a retirement beach condo kitchen and a country aunt's home. The menu has more dishes on it than my counterafter a week of depression. Genre falls somewhere between American diner fare and Greek hole in the wall. Our server was softspoken and mumbled, unfortunately, because otherwise, he seemed rather nice, but the few moments I had to take parsing what hewas saying made *me* look socially inept. I suppose the biggest complaint is that there seems to be no rhyme or reason as towhat sandwich comes with toppings. The sandwich I ordered was listed on the menu without Lettuce or tomato, but came with both. One could reasonably assume that a burger on special comes with traditional toppings, but instead it comes barer than a newbornsbottom. Definitely an interesting experience. Likely won't be back in a hurry. Read more
