Very disappointed ????. Incorrect order on both counts. Order dark meat only & got breast, thigh & leg. No utensils for eating... the sides. Order the hushpuppy special. Only got biscuit, fries & over cooked shrimp (hard & crusty). Where is the hush puppy'setc. plus no cocktail sauce. Only thing correct was the two lemonade. Won't stop there again. Popeyes had one good employee Wendon. Without him they should shut it down. The employees are rude and don't clean anything.... Wendon is the only employee that actually cleaned the store. You can go in that store any day he isn't working and see how dirtythese people are. They need more workers like Wendon. He worked there for almost 4 years. Should of been GM. Went above andbeyond for that trashy store. Missed holidays and kids birthday for Popeyes and how do they repay him ?? They fire him with nowarning. I pray God sends karma to the owner and another person involved in treating Wendon like trash and firing him afteryears of loyalt. Miss the old days when people knew how to be good businessman and would treat the loyal employees how theyshould be treated with respect. Read more
Im not from here so when I run into popeyes Im always up to eating some of their tasty chicken burgers. I happened to go today... and got a chicken burger smothered with mayo. Come on now. Don t mess up the burger like that. Read more
This is the the ripon chicken i got very disappointing also i ordered 8 piece and got only 7 i ordered a mashed potato side... order and didn't get it buy yes it was charged. Very very disappointed. Read more
I love the food there but make sure to check your food. I went there this afternoon February 10, 2021 and was surprised to see... mold on their biscuits. Unfortunately I only realized this later after others already had some ???? Read more
I always order here and get the family feast that give 2 large sides and biscuits.. the first few times they gave us correct... large fries boxes.. now this time around it gives us regular size side of fries.. make sure they give you the right size ofboxes juat because they are lazy to drop another batch of fries.. the biscuits usually come in a separate box too but theydecided to just cram it in the chicken box this time.. this is a GOOD example of LAZINESS, .. other then that quality of food isgood but LACK OF PRESENTATION.. why make great food and ruin it with lack of presentation and laziness..
