I don?t know what made this turnaround but it came. There food has been the best lately made to perfection.
We had ordered six burgers, four chicken sandwiches and two quarter pounders. When we headed home we were missing a quarter... pounder, which happens, so we decided to call. Nancy had picked up and asked for our order, pulled it up and confirmed we hadordered six burgers in total. So she apologized and said if we were able to come and pick up another burger, which I had someerrands to run so I said it would be in the next hour. I had showed up and she apologized once again and had my order made rightthen and there. She made sure it was done accordingly and when she handed me the bag, I was craving a milkshake so I waswondering if I could order again since it was slow. She had it done on the house and said apologized again for the missingburger. That's how managing and accounting is done, when an order goes wrong which happens, it's how it's handled afterwardsthat makes it right. No headsets working & no food available saying your sold out for the day at 7 am. Where is the manager and Why be open... ? Update: Came again and have been waiting 30 minutes in drive thru with the line not moving at all. Call to ask and they say?we?re short staffed? That?s totally understandable except nothing takes that long to cook in the fast food business. So at thispoint they just don?t want to serve food. The meat usually isn't very hot. The onions are cut very thick. I usually just quickly go through the drive thru on a busy day... of running around town getting my errands done. So when I pay for a full meal for me and my daughter I would just like a hotmeal. I don't feel like having to go back and complain when I am already busy. They don't make time to go to the bank. Theyactually ask you for the exact change. I use to work at fast food restaurants it doesn't work that way. It just sounds likepeople don't know how to do their job right. Read more
It's hit and miss here, it's burger king so same prices and menu items as anywhere else. Sometimes great staff and minimal wait... times. Sometimes you can tell it's all new staff as the person taking orders may not comprehend what you're trying to order andwait times times can get rather long. Still go here for a quick bite when hungry. Read more
I hate to leave a bad review but after having nothing but negative experiences here since December of 2020 I feel that I must.... Nobody should continuously have to go to a drive-through for ?fast food? only to have to wait a minimum of 20+ minutes. Asidefrom the wait time orders are often wrong and the customer service is very much lacking making for an overall horribleexperience. I could understand if this maybe happened once and was just a fluke but it has been consistent since December. Ifyou?re looking for fast food and a decent experience I suggest spending your money in a different location not this one. Read more
Wouldn't call it fast, but I ate it so it's technically food. Very hit and miss. Down to 1 star. Wouldn't take care only cash... and when they do that be sure to count the change before you leave because they stole money from me. And they didn't provide areceipt. Read more
