Typically I don't have many issues when I go to Dunkin', but this morning's coffee was certainly not their best effort. My... biggest complaint overall is inconsistency. I get the same thing and it doesn't always taste the same. The photo I took of thecoffee I got this morning is probably the worst I've had. *Update: the picture is what is leftover after I poured my coffeeinto my travel mug. I ended up dumping it out in the sink at work and there was twice the leftover coffee grounds. Read more
This location used to be the only one I?d go to because it was always on point. Now it?s always inconsistent and the workers... hardly greet you. Not to mention they sound like it?s an inconvenience that you pulled into their drive-thru. Never an apologywhen told your order is wrong. Hopefully they find better workers and this place gets better soon. Read more
I've been going here for years ordering the same coffee everyday since they were in the Plaza and built the new place on 127th. ... (Plaza was 10 fold better) I Haven't complained about the inconsistencies. However, the past 3 months (my same order XL w/creamand sugar have been so inconsistent at times it tastes like I'm drinking black coffee straight, and times I'm drinking coffeewith cream and no sugar. We all like our coffee a certain way, and look forward to it every morning. I've been going to theone on derby road and they have been way better. As for now they have been consistent. *Lots* of coffee grounds in my coffee. Was the most disgusting experience to open the coffee lid to see what remained of my... coffee swimming in an inch of coffee guts / grounds. This Dunkin Donuts gets my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! I gave them quite a few opportunities to change my mind but at this... point I will never go back to this location again. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and they put the wrong cheese on it. When I wentback through to ask If they could remake it the guy tried handing me a piece of cheese and asked if I can just put it on mysandwich myself! Another time I waited 10 minutes and ordered a sandwich on a sesame seed bagel which they put on a croissant.Went back around, waited another 10-15 minutes and instead of making a replacement when I got to the window the guy wanted tosee my sandwich to make sure they made it wrong. I hope the penny pinching is worth losing a customer forever. Lately, the line will reach about three cars deep onto 127th. I waited for about 10-15 minutes to order and when I got to the... speaker, they said they weren?t making food until 3pm ?due to staffing shortages?. Maybe pay your workers more and you?ll behave the help you need and perhaps put up a sign in front telling people you?re not doing food so you won?t waste a bunch ofpeople?s time. This is a good dunkin. No complaints. But if you go inside they always have the BEST selection of music.
