I love coming here in the afternoon with my family. whenever the tall kid and the muscular kid work I know my order will be... complete and 100% correct before I even finish my order. As well whenever I come I come in the store when they work it is alwayssuper clean and the service is impeccable. Their milkshakes are next level it is what keeps me coming back. No one can compareto what these guys can do with a blender. On top of that their ice cream scooping skills are legendary. I once saw the tall oneput 9 scoops of ice cream on one waffle cone!!!! I always see people hit the curb in the drive thru and I do not understand whyas I have seen 22 foot box trucks fit through without hitting the curb. I already know my order will be accurate when I see thetwo " Older" looking cars outside. its a shame they can't afford better cars. This place was calm, clean and good. Service was more on the slow side, but that wasn't an issue that I would complain... about. Only downside, and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the employees where talking to loud to each other. Read more

Normally this store is excellent, but as of late several new associates plus a lack of adequate oversight seem to be impacting... the quality of the product and service. I stop here daily on my way to work, and this evening I was provided a luke-warm (beinggenerous) cup of hot coffee only partially filled. (It was almost 2 inches shy of being filled.) Hopefully management will takenotice from this patient daily customer. Read more
Any decent restaurant would call you and ask why did you order the same thing not twice but three times in the app. Was there a... mistake? Your order never has the same requests let alone separate orders of the same thing all within a minute of each other.Sure you don't have to but I've had other restaurants do that. We still go to those thanks to their courtesy call cause thesethings happen in the app age. Glad there is another Dunkin just down the road. Read more
