I am obsessed with their whipped cream Long John bar donut. It's gloriously good! The only place, it seems, to get it is at... the Yum Yum Donuts in Lemon Grove. I have been to many Yum Yum Donuts and the related Winchell's Donut Houses. They have theLong John bar donut but it ain't whipped cream filled. Sadly, I don't live close enough to Lemon Grove which is both a blessingand a curse. I would probably eat it every day, multiple times a day and the calories would add up on me. Speaking of which, Iestimate it to be about 630 cals based on the non-cream filled value (380) plus 50g of a not overly heavy whipped cream (250). Whatever you do please, please, please don't buy the very last one because it just might be the day I drive way out of my wayfor it.
