Been here a couple of times and the same thing over and over very rude customer service. The food is horrible and we go to all... of Jack in box in San Diego and we get excellent service but this one right here there kids and the manager that?s there isplaying around with them obviously this Jack in the box doesn?t care what we say due to the fact that there are no good reviewson here. This place is horrible. I?ve visited a few times in the past 3 months and the service is awful. This time I ordered chicken... strips, which are delicious when I get the ones I ordered, but grossly overpriced. I didn?t. I received spicy and I did notorder spicy I ordered honey mustard sauce and received none. The order was taken by a young lady sitting outside with a bootlegcard reader that told me I would receive a receipt at the window. I received no receipt. I called twice, no answer. I have notreceived a call back. Not really expecting one. The answered message was not identified as Jack in the Box. Just a genericmessage saying to leave a message. BUT THIS IS A BUSINESS. This store sucks! They mess our order in drive-thru. I went into the store and to get the order straightened out, but no... success. We were over charged. I talked to some kid with color hair. Asked to speak to a manager and was told that their nomanager there at moment cause I ask them to refund me and re-do the order correctly and get charge correctly. 1 star for the friendly staff. Otherwise I would give zero stars. I ordered in drive thru a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. It came to... just over $7 There's suppose to be brocolli in this dish. That makes the item more appealing for consumers looking for ahealthier choice. I understand higher prices, but I still expect portions that reflect the similar portions of thepast. Instead, this dish had one really tiny brocolli floret and a piece of another really tiny brocolli floret. Seriouslyfolks there was just enough of a tiny amount present so they can say it contains brocolli. :-( Of course I didn't notice untilI got home and sat down to eat. I've never had to check my order with this location before. :-( I suggest skipping this item.Everything was scaled back. It cost $1 to $2 more and had noticeably less chicken, less rice and of course the barely therebrocolli. Hey, on the positive side it had plenty of teriyaki sauce. That's probably to make the missing ingredients lessobvious. Again folks unless you're into being frustrated and disappointed give this one a pass. :-( Read more

I love this Jack-in-the-Box it's sweet and simple plenty of parking spaces to park. I'm a very simple man you give me 2 Junior... bacon cheeseburgers with extra bacon on the happiest man in the world.
