Hands down my favorite Mexican food restaurant in Lemon Grove. The food is excellent, especially the chicken. (El Pollo Grill,... go figure.) The employees are always friendly and really care about those in the community. I've even seen employees at CityCouncil meetings to support good causes. The food is good and authentic. The place needs a little updating but the food compensates for it. We had the Thursday special... (carne con Chile verde, rice & refried beans). You have the option of corn or flour tortillas. Btw..you need to ask for a keyto use the bathroom so plan accordingly. Read more
