Listen. Let?s not beat around the bush. Taco Bell is great and I?m tired of pretending it?s not. Is it authentic? No. Is it made... with love and purpose? Not really. Will it probably mess up your stomach? Sure. But is it going to taste darn good while you?reeating a Crunchwrap supreme with one hand, going down the interstate at 80mph, on a Saturday night and talking to your grandpawho you?re driving to town 2 hours away to see for a surprise birthday party? They need to clean. Food line had trash food all on it. They just placed new orders right on it. Looked like they haven't... cleaned it all day. Took bout 10 min before anyone started my order. No management anywhere I could see. 2 customers couldn'tget waited on and left. It's not like this at lunch. Read more
If you expect to Walk in here and be waited on you can forget that! You order at the kiosk and pray it doesn't take them 25... minutes to take your money and give you 3 soft shell tacos!! Maybe if we had been acknowledged during that 25 minutes I wouldn'thave gotten so upset!!! Read more
No one at counter to take orders. Yhen after a few minutes a staff member pointed out the kiosk. Being unfamiliar with that... process, we took several minutes, scrolling and hunting. Could not locate a back button. Got stuck in the cart trying to findan add button. Definitely not my favorite way to order. I only wanted to regular tacos and cinnamon twists. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, and I love that place. I've never been so disgusted. It was so gross in the dining area and... the back. They didn't get my order right, but it took so long I couldn't go back up there to get it corrected. The nacho cheesetasted like it was spoiled and gave me undercooked chips. Read more
No one to take orders up front and you don?t get your money?s worth. When you order extra cheese for the nachos, this is what... 79 cents per cup gets you. They said they are only allowed to give 2 pumps. I say fill the portion cups that Taco Bellprovides. Read more
