I got my food to go. I bought 3 pizzas and fed 8 family members. I ate some of all 3. Very good. Everyone enjoyed their pizza.
When ordering our pizza I added mushrooms, bacon & pineapple on my half. We ordered to be picked up. After pick up & getting... home my half of the pizza had NO mushrooms, only very, very little bacon & lots of pineapple. I felt I only had a pineapplepizza which is not what I ordered. I called the store & asked for a manager. She said, "Oh, we run out of mushrooms." Myquestion to her was, "Why was I not told they had no mushrooms when I ordered or when we picked up our pizza?" They just made it& never said a word to us explaining anything. I feel they just hopes I would be OK with the pizza. Read more
Wish this place could be consistent. When Matt the manager makes a pie for me it looks amazing and full of veggies and eye... appealing. When anyone else makes it, it look like a sad piece of stale bread. I took two photos from same location, one pizzahas five toppings no cheese, the other has three toppings, no cheese. The picture is tells all. Due to allergies I can not haveany dairy products, but that shouldn't stop a pizza from being appealing to the eye. In fact I paid extra for the third toppingon the sad looking pizza and still ended up disappointed. Never again. I get tired of trying to be considerate, compassionateand ask merchants to do the same and serve products that they would eat themselves. It's only fair, esp when I let you keepyour cheese and pay extras for toppings and still see an unsatisfactory product. I ordered pizza from there. Only wanted mushrooms, green peppers, onions, sausage. No sauce, or cheese was put on the... pizza. I thought that was just common sense. Toppings put on the dough n baked. I didnt check box before I left. I guess Ishould have. Read more
