Reviews for McDonald's in Leland, NC
My experience has always been great service inspite of being short handed some days. The employees still provide great service.
Drive thru service was friendly, food was fresh we had to pull over and wait for our food for about 2min. But that's not a... complaint it guaranteed hot fresh food. Read more
It has been 10 years since I?ve been to a McDonalds that put ketchup in my bag without asking. As a person who is super... forgetful, I truly appreciated this because I usually forget to ask and then I?m upset I don?t have it. It was an unexpected andextraordinary experience. 10/10 would go through the drive-thru again. However I was driving home, and I realized they didn?tgive me a straw for my sweet tea. Minus one star for that Read more
This McDonald's is one of the worst I've been to. Extremely Rude Staff down to Management... Cashiers need to have their filthy... mouths washed with soap... Food always cold... Can even make a cup of coffee correct... They even try to reuse the coffeegrounds a second time and then get an attitude when you call them out... Read more
With the way McDonald's runs their operation. Inventory run with a precision, that they know how many sandwiches they can get... it of a 5 gallon pail of pickles and software that tracks inventory usage (both sales and wastage). 1. That they actually hadrun out of ketchup! 2. No signs indicating they were out of products. Mobile ordering app had not been adjusted with info 3.Plenty of options. (Call another McD, plenty in a 10 to 30 minute radius to purchase enough for a day or so; by some ketchupat a retail store and some condiment cups). Yes, this is going to cut into revenue, but I for one will not return to theMcDonald's in Leland at the shops of Westgate.
