Gave them a 3 star because they forgot to put one of my orders in the bag. So they owe me a meal. Partly my fault, I know I ... should have checked but still...why should I make sure I get what I order? I mean, that's what I pay you for. Read more

Twice now this location has successfully gotten my order wrong. This time they forgot my gravy (for the second time) my Chicken... was soggy not crispy at all ...O and my biscuit came from the piggly wiggly (slider roll is what I got). Save your money or goto Bojangles it's just across the street. Read more

The chicken was delicious! It was hot and fast! I used the drive through. So why only 2 ???? you ask?? They must have dipped... that chicken in exlax before they fried it! Was told we had to wait for fries. Pulled up to designated area. Bag was brought out by an employee that only handed me handles... and didn?t wait for me to get a hand under the bag ( family order) I had to struggle to get it in the window. Got home andrealized the 2 large fries I ordered and waited on equaled one. Read more

My experience is one of the worst I've ever experienced. We ordered 8 piece bucket. The price read one thing and we were quoted... another. When we asked the rude drive thru guy, his response was " I don't make the sign & said the total againlaughing...CLEARLY YOU DON'T!!! His young buddy friend comes along to cheer him on as if this was a game. I asked for themanager, who told me to drive back around to read the sign again. AS IF WE NEEDED A LESSON FROM THE KFC CREW. Right, wrong orindifferent, this KFC need to train knowledgeable people who can deliver customer service. They where in the store loud having agood time, ignoring the customers. My family and I will never go back. Then we get home to the wrong order & cold food. No oneanswered the phone when we called. I called the corporate office and the lady agreed that something needs to be done. theygotten alot complaints about the store and I was suppose to get a call back. No response from no one. This is not how you treatcustomers. But I guess if the head do not care, how do you expect the rest to follow. Too many young people with nounderstanding of customer service. Just awful service. If I could give 6 stars I would. Just had the most polite and professional exchange with the drive through. Unexpected in any... industry anymore, but so much appreciated - especially after a 8 hour drive on Mothers Day. The food was wonderful as I?ve cometo expect from KFC, but the rep who took my order was the icing on the cake. Thank you again! Read more
