Waiter took a long time to bring menus. After coming to take drink order she goes and gossip with guest. After about 10... minutes with still not having drink I had to finally yell for a waiter which at that time 2 came and the one that took the orderwas very rude. After placing order the food was cooked and sat on the counter for several minutes. When I informed the managerhe had a don't care attitude. I asked him did he pay the waiters to gossip and he said no. So I informed him that is what thefirst waiter was doing and he acted as if he still didn't care. Let me start by saying we ordered takeout and got it home to find that basically our entire order was wrong and/or missing... items. Called them and they remade our order so we went back and picked correct order up. I?m giving 5 ?? now because they madeit right and everything was delicious! Tater tots extra crispy no salt are the best way to order them in my opinion! Burgerswere great and the orangeade always hits the spot! Highly recommend going here, but make sure they have your order correct whenyou call it in and check it before you leave to be sure it?s all there and how you ordered it. I placed an online order for $160. Went to go pick up my food and was only given half of my order. After leaving I pulled over... to double check and noticed it. Went back to the store and told the girl and she was preparing to get that half recooked. Butnow the food I have is cold. So I asked if the whole order could be re cooked. She said no. Then she goes in the back and?finds? another bag with the missing contents. That?s great and all, but once again the rest of my food is cold. I spent $160 atthis restaurant so I could buy lunch for my staff. And now I have to serve it to them cold and not only that, but NOTHING wasmarked. Everybody had to dig in the sandwiches to see who had what and I still had salad dressings missing. Not to mention theshrimp was almost burnt.
