The employee gave us the wrong coffee and we called in and asked for a refund for the item that we did not purchase. I just... checked my banking statement and the person we spoke to charged for a coffee instead of refunding it. I am reporting this fraudto my bank as well as the corporate center. The employees here are thieves and unprofessional. This is theft and abhorrentbehavior. Read more

Since I was prompted to create an account just to contact Dunkin' with a comment, I'll leave it here and move on. Actually,... that's not true. I looked up a physical address in Atlanta, GA, and mailed them a letter. To the point - the lady whom othershave commented about deserves recognition (also what the letter respectfully said). Ms. Justine not only gets the coffee/productperfect every single time, but her kindness is contagious. She is the reason we will drive past other coffee shops to arrive atthe Leland store. My father and I had a ritual where we would come to this location every Sunday for coffee and sandwiches. Unfortunately after... seeing our food today I think this will no longer be the case. Our sandwiches were untoasted, the bacon inside cold and rubberyand on the other side of the spectrum our snacking bacons were completely black and burned and contained only about 20% of thebacon usually in there. Don't get me wrong I know staffing is tight during these crazy times and that it is normal forcompanies to cut back their portions regularly but this was on a whole other level. $25 is just way too much money for thequality of our food today. its nothing personal.
