This location continues to get it wrong every time. I have never even eaten from this store because something always happens to... my order. Last time my order kept getting cancelled so I just gave up. Tonight I was even given a confirmation code and doublechecked that I was speaking with the right location. When I called an hour later to check on my order they had no clue what Iwas talking about. I used my card to pay over the phone and everything. Just beware that unless you go in store to order, youlikely won?t ever receive your food. Read more

We've had a terrible experience at this location more than once. We ordered two medium pizzas and garlic knots. After 45 minutes... the pizza still hadn't started cooking. When the tracker showed the pizza was ready I went to the store to find they didn't knowwhere my pizza was. I left. My wife, who placed the order went over and they miraculously found our order. We also agreed topick up an order for a school... Tried to call with the order but was told to use the app. Placed the order in the app andcalled to confirm that they got the order and there wouldn't be any issues. They confirmed the order. Got a message through theapp the next morning and we were told they were too overwhelmed and they cancelled the order two hours before pickup time. Thisis a week later and we still haven't received the 249.00 credit on our card. We are looking at other solutions for recoveringthe money now. Do yourself a favor and choose a different pizza chain. In regards to fast food pizza, I enjoyed this pizza very much. Thin crust large pepperoni with onions and green peppers for only... 8 bucks! (2nd pizza: large thin crust, garlic parm sauce with ham, bacon, spinach and tomatoes. Purchased the following week.)My preference would have the veggies diced, but I'm not complaining. Plenty of cheese. Next time I'll request extra sauce. Allin all, I'm satisfied with this very affordable meal. We decided to cash in our gift certificate to this location and, when we arrived there was one person in there working because... another went out on a delivery. We told the gentleman that we want to place an order and, he stated that it would be thirtyminutes. We waited and another customer came up whom he took the time to hand them their order and, cash them out but, wouldn'teven give a few seconds to take our order. We left and went to the one on South College road. Never stepping foot in thislocation again. Read more
