This location continues to get it wrong every time. I have never even eaten from this store because something always happens to... my order. Last time my order kept getting cancelled so I just gave up. Tonight I was even given a confirmation code and doublechecked that I was speaking with the right location. When I called an hour later to check on my order they had no clue what Iwas talking about. I used my card to pay over the phone and everything. We decided to cash in our gift certificate to this location and, when we arrived there was one person in there working because... another went out on a delivery. We told the gentleman that we want to place an order and, he stated that it would be thirtyminutes. We waited and another customer came up whom he took the time to hand them their order and, cash them out but, wouldn'teven give a few seconds to take our order.
