First time stopping at this location. The service was great they kept letting me know my food would be out soon. But it took a... very long time and I placed a to-go order. I wish I remembered our server's name! She was fantastic! We arrived in a party of 8 at around 10:45 pm on Saturday night. Our... server acted like she just started her shift, very friendly, energetic, accommodating, and very patient. I have never been so disgusted in my life! I understand that everywhere is short staffed but my god this experience was so... disappointing. We had to wait for a long while and then watched as one of our entrees was given to the table across from oursand after it was handled by the other guest, they tried to give it to us. Seriously? Then they brought out our Chicken Alfredoentree cold. Our steak was overdone and tough. We were here well before many customers and the last in a whole restaurant toeat. No refills offered on my tea. We left a very good tip but this was a never ever return experience for us. Just a we aresorry on a $60 bill. We ended up being very late for our scheduled engagement. Read more
BEST WAITER EVER: Hunter (aka Burger) Excellent service, courteous and attentive. He brought me an extra ice water with extra... lemons, without me asking. He also fixed me 2 large drinks to go when I only asked for cups to go. He is management material. The manager was very nice. But the hostess and one of the other waiters have a very bad attitude. They are trying to tell the... manager how to do his job instead of doing their own job in front of the customer, but the manager came out seated us and madesure that we were taken care of he is doing a excellent job. There was no wait and it was a Friday night. Our server was very friendly and polite. She checked on us several times to make... sure all our needs were met. The food was outstanding. My wife enjoyed her pasta dish and I very much enjoyed my burger. Theyhave a great kids menu and my daughter enjoyed her chicken tenders and french fries. I would very much recommend thisrestaurant.
