Went thru drive thru, it took us 30+ mins to get through and the food was cold and fries were mealy. Normally like Wendy's but... not this time Read more
Waited 40 minutes for two burgers and fries. Not short staffed so don?t understand what the problem is. Needs a real... reevaluation of the staffing or learn to do the first order first. But cashier will give food to buddies. Poor poor poorperformance. Read more
Work trip, travel day, drive thru visit for lunch. I got some breaded chicken sandwich with pickles, onion straws and bacon on... a pretzel bun. Also got chicken straws, large fries and a #1 double burger combo. The food was okay, nothing wrong with it, justnothing to write home about. My sandwich was bland, which struck me as odd for all the things that were on it. I definitelythink it needed more pickles, the pickles seem to bring out the other different flavors, but bites without pickle we'redefinitely not good and not something I would order again. The pretzel bun was chewy, and it tasted maybe old? I don't know whatit was, but something was just off. The fries were really good, they were fresh and perfectly crispy, although we were given noketchup so we just had to eat them dry. The rest of the food wasn't mine, but I didn't hear any complaints. It's not somethingthat I had been craving like I said, there wasn't anything really wrong with anything, it just wasn't anything noteworthyeither. The employees did seem disinterested and gave the impression we were bothering them. When we asked for ketchup when wewere given the bag of food, we were assured that they were in the bag with the napkins and straws, so it was only after we droveaway that we realized we did not have ketchup or napkins. The staff was super kind, no complaints there. The food was hot, quick, and alright. The staff is the only reason I'm giving 3... stars. The cleanliness of this place made us leave quickly,and we ended up throwing out half our food we were so grossed out.The place looks clean upon first glance but, the floors were extremely sticky, the tables hadn't been cleaned, and there wereroaches in the bathroom.
