Had to try Philly T's my family members rave about them. Their Shrimp Po boy was delicious the fries were amazing, but the... Philly cheese wasn't so good. It had no flavor to the meat. Ordered the grouper and shrimp Po'boy. This food truck is one of the best food trucks in the entire Lee county. What a hidden... gem. These men do such an amazing job. Food used to be great when they first came to Lehigh . In the last 6 months multiple friends, neighbors, and family no longer... order due to food quality issues. My husband got the NOLA po?boy?. It was just ?ok?? the chicken that was supposed to be blackened was barely seasoned. They... forgot a lot of different things like the mayo on my Philly cheesesteak. They forgot the sauce my husband paid extra for. Theyforgot that I ordered Cajun fries, they were regular and they were soggy and plain. No salt. Hubby got a ?Cuban empanada? and itlooks liquidy and nasty inside. ???? Then my two kids split a chicken finger basket and the chicken fingers were WAY over cookedand too dark. Also chewy. Oh and the ?truffle fries? that my husband ordered? I swear it was one clump of melted cheese only onthe very top and barely any of the ?truffle oil??. Crazy! I rarely have to give a bad review so this bites. Hope they step theirgame up; this was our first time trying, as we just moved here. They?ve lost us as a customer though sadly.
