I place swig orders for my company almost weekly. Very frustrating when you try to call the store and the number has been... disconnected. Tried to do an online order and get a butter beer, which is always root beer based and even says it in thedescription. I was forced to pick a soda option with no option to pick root beer. No place to write in special requests either.Picked sparking water as a placeholder thinking the people here would use common sense. Why would you not put any root beer inthe drink that says it comes with root beer? Not going here again. Wasted my time and $4 on one soda. Read more
We went to this location today and it was pouring rain and the girl outside taking orders was getting soaked. We jokingly said... we hope they?re paying her extra today and she said she was the manager of the location. The Lobby is closed due to ?staffing shortages? which is inconvenient and seems disingenuous. An attendant with an iPad walked... up to us to tell us the lobby was closed. They could have easily take our order on the iPad, but instead curtly told us we needto walk through the drive through, which doesn?t sound very safe to me. Read more
I love waiting in line for 20 minutes for a fruit water, and then getting only 5 little pieces of fruit. If you don?t have the... ingredients to make the drink properly, don?t sell me the drink. Be honest, and say you are out of ingredients. Read more
I?ve heard about their cookies for years and just happened to run across them during my travels. The cookies did not disappoint.... And the combination and variety of drinks they offer are limitless. I now understand the hype!! Read more

LOCATION - 5 They actually have a pretty good location up there on TraverseMountain with their drive-thru. PRICE - N/A I didn't purchase my drink, so I can't give it a fair score nor do I recall theprices. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 The drink was rather delicious. I had the Loop-T-Loop, with an oatmeal chocolate cookie. Ipersonally think they taste better with raisins, but to each their own... POINTERS/PERKS - 5 The menu is customizable, you caneasily swap out the soft drinks. I did that with the one I purchased. EMPLOYEES - 5 The employees are rather friendly andaccommodating. Read more
I stopped here last Thursday night and there was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly. When I got to the woman who was taking... orders, she was so lovely and didn?t even seem flustered although it was busy and her card reader wasn?t working at the moment.When I got to the pickup window, I interacted with two other employees who were exceptionally friendly.
