Logan at the Smiths location is amazing! I go to this location 2 times a week and he is always there with a smile and working... HARD! You should go to this Starbucks if you like getting coffee from places that don?t have cups, lids, straws, or vanilla syrup... because they have been ?out of stock? for the past six months. At some point you have to admit that you don?t know how to ordersupplies. Or just walk three steps and buy some vanilla syrup or a cup from smiths so you can serve a drink. Read more
Didn't finish latte because it was so bad... and this is not a picky eater! Weak coffee (probably uses 1/2 shots) a 16 oz... should taste like coffee, not like a steamer. Poor management- the young folks working cared more about stocking cups and shiftchange then the person in front of them- that's a management issue. No effort. Dumped foamed milk into coffee to make a latte that was 1/2 liquid and 1/2 foam. For $5 I don't understand why not at... least steam milk properly and pour. Note I was the only customer so not like there was even a rush. Disappointing. Read more
Starbucks is always just alright. Some of the baristas are great and some aren't so much. At the end of the day it won't be... anything special but you know you are going to get some standard coffee or tea with plenty of sugary add-ins. Read more
Listen, I understand they're understaffed, BUT the 2 girls who work there have the worst customer service. They seem so bothered... and they make their drinks so inconsistent. Hunter is wonderful though. Read more
They never have chai or pumpkin spice. They don?t seem to know how to order stock properly because they are always out.
