I have been to this location 5 or 6 times and it is the best one i've ever been to. The employees here are just so kind. They... are so genuine and make kind conversation. This is my work location so coming here on a break and having someone be so kind anduplifting makes a huge difference. My orders have also always been correct and so fast. I waited in the car while my girlfriend spent 55 minutes standing in the establishment waiting for her coffee. When I finally... went in to help her ameliorate the issue the barista with glasses and a man bun began to make fun of my agitation to otherswaiting. Absolute POS of an establishment and person. The best part about it is I watched the drive thru get served 20x over.Never returning to this Starbucks or any Starbucks for that matter. Read more

They can't make an under-tow to save their lives, and that's 3 out of 5 stars for Utah locations. I know that they are trying;... I've had them remake drinks several times, but it's like they're missing a chip, and it would be borderline abusive if Icontinue to harass them with further requests for things I know are above their abilities. The one in Saratoga Springs isworse. So far, the Draper location with Jacob working the window is the best, but if he's not there in the morning, theirquality isn't a uniform product. I'm going to start exploring other coffee options here. I'd post a picture, but it's hard tocapture disappointment in a luke-warm beverage on camera. Read more
