I really enjoy eating at this place. The Lomo Saltado is great. I love their plantains and often swap out my rice or fries for... the plantains. The veggies taste fresh and the meal is unlike most stir fry or meat/veggie dishes you might get at otherplaces. Their chicken is also yummy and our kids eat it up fast and easy. I recently had a work event and chose Red Fuego to do catering. They were accommodating and made sure we had what we needed to... feed 45 people. Best sides and entrees. If you are looking for something new to try, go grab some rotisserie chick from Red Fuego. I love all... their dishes, but you can?t go wrong with the chicken and green sauce. Nice place to hangout with a small group of friends. The food has many options, they are served in more quantity than other... places. If you like grains and beans, this a good place for you! It doesn't give fast food vibes like many other places in thearea (maybe a little). My friends had rice and chicken wings, they really enjoyed the sauce in the wings. She asked me for my name but when I order my food she didn?t ask for my name. Pretty good food. Good seasoning on the chicken, and it smelled really good when walking in. The fries and/or meat could have... been drained a little better, as there was easily more than a tablespoon of oil in the bottom of the container. Read more
