I really enjoy eating at this place. The Lomo Saltado is great. I love their plantains and often swap out my rice or fries for... the plantains. The veggies taste fresh and the meal is unlike most stir fry or meat/veggie dishes you might get at otherplaces. Their chicken is also yummy and our kids eat it up fast and easy. I recently had a work event and chose Red Fuego to do catering. They were accommodating and made sure we had what we needed to... feed 45 people. Best sides and entrees. If you are looking for something new to try, go grab some rotisserie chick from Red Fuego. I love all... their dishes, but you can?t go wrong with the chicken and green sauce.
