They don't sell food at this maverik. Just chips and they have a bar with condiments for which reason, I do not know. Save... yourself a useless trip and go to the holiday that's down a block. Read more
Stopped in at 1 o'clock on Saturday and Waited several minutes for any employees to appear either at the register or the food... counter. So I poked my head in the kitchen to someone sitting down washing dishes that barks at me that the kitchen's closed. .Not standard activity for a Maverick on a Saturday. Extremely rude unfriendly person named Sena working as a cashier. We go here all the time but I may not be back. Read on for... the full story but if you don't have time to read, there is a friendlier gas station down the street. The cashier Sena was veryunfriendly and rude to me. I felt like I was really bothering him because I asked about milk being 2 for $7 but my whole milkdidn't qualify. I said that's fine I need whole for the kids and proceeded to check out. I forgot to put in my adventure cardnumber so I asked to start over. He didn't respond just slammed some keyboard button. I removed my card and put in my altID. Once checked out he said something like "you can go now". I said I didn't get a receipt to which he started making flailingmotions dramatically pushing some buttons ripped off the receipt and flung it at me. I was feeling VERY uncomfortable by thispoint and confused as to why this person was treating me so poorly. Normally at this Maverik everyone is either super nice or atleast professional. I asked him if the customer always has to ask for a receipt to which he rolled his eyes and said somethinglike "ok bye". I asked him if he is a manager. He said "why". I said I have never been treated so poorly in a Maverik before.He just looked off and I said is there and owner or someone I can talk to. He began to tell me that he doesn't care what i thinkbecause he recently hurt his knee. I made multiple attempts to get his name and the contact information of the store managerand he said it was on the receipt multiple times but would not tell me. When I went to the car I did not find any names on thereceipt so I returned and asked for his name again and he walked to the other side of the store and told the other cashier towrite his name on the back of my receipt. I always go to Maverik for my soda fix. This location is newer. The facility is pretty clean and well light. Bathrooms are nice... and could be a lot worse for a gas station bathroom. Their checkers are always polite, professional and friendly. Love thesavings I can get through their different rewards options, Rewards Card, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc. Gotta love Maverik. This location is awesome, my older vehicles run great on the Ethanol-free fuel, and it's available at every pump!
A great place to get overcharged because they purposely misplace price tags and to not give undivided attention from their... employee to the customer because they are to attentive to the headphone in the ear. With my experience their employee seems toenjoy offending the customer. Read more
