I feel bad for the employees. They seem understaffed. The White gummie I ordered wasn?t evenly blended, in fact, it?s kind of... hard to drink. They had a long line of people waiting, and then gave my husband and me our orders when we know there were twoorders in front of us. They are young kids and doing their best, but they need extra hands. Read more
Placed an online order. While we were driving to go pick it up, I got a notification that Jamba cancelled it for no reason. No... one from the store reached out to explain why. Highly unprofessional. Do better, Jamba Juice. Read more
Super watered down drinks, I paid 10 dollars for a matcha tea with sweet cream and they put little to no cream I'm my drink and... it was so watered down. They are super slow and I honestly will never come here again. Read more
I go to this Jamba Juice once every few weeks after work for a treat, and I?ve never been disappointed. The staff has always... been hustling and so friendly. Never complaint from me. I?ll definitely keep my after work treat routine on weekdays. Justdon?t go on Sundays. I just left after being blatantly ignored by two employees for about four minutes. No greeting, but the twopeople working back there definitely saw the five people waiting in the lobby to be helped. They definitely weren?t trying tohustle at all, and it was a little concerning that the woman had her super long haired down and free flowing around food. Adefinite fail for the Sunday crew. I ordered 3 small white gummies and 1 medium drink, today. And I confirmed with the girl if they were all the same. Because the... medium drink was darker than the other 3 smaller ones but they were all the same drink. And she looked a bit annoyed that Iasked. I won?t ever be coming back. I got home, and everyone tasted their drinks, and they all said, it doesn?t taste like whitegummy. Or that its missing an ingredient. Such a disappointment, especially when Jamba Juice locations are scarce, prices areextremely high, and they have poor quality in their products and customer service. Read more
Austin the shift manager doesn't know what he's doing at all. Didn't know how to apply discounts that I had coupons for. Both... him and the cashier looked like they couldn't care less about the customers in there and that we were just a nuisance to them. Read more
