Like having a cupbop nearer to where I live. Super tasty Korean noodle/bbq. But a few minor things they need to get on top of as... a company. Firstly some kind of rewards system for customer loyalty! Secondly an app! As far as this location goes, food wasgood, dining area needs to be cleaner, sorry I know that's hard right now with lack of employees. Last thing I would say is theonline ordering/hopefully some day app ordering need to have more accurate pick up times I arrived on time and had to wait 15minutes for my order to be ready. I never ever write reviews but I?m only doing it because I really like cupbop. This locations crew was very uninterested in... helping me even though I was the only one in the store. After I placed my order I waited for about 8 minutes for one bowl whichusually takes 30 seconds to make. One of the employees favored singing along to the music rather than making my food. When Ifinally got my order it ending up being completely wrong. I was excited for this location since it?s closer to my home but itseems I?ll be going back to the American fork location from now on. First time here. Was not impressed. Got the fried chicken bowl. Mostly rice noodles and rice. Too much sweet mayo like sauce for... me. Chicken was pretty good. It would be better if you could put your own sauce on the food. Read more

Cup bop is usually amazing but this location really did a bad job tonight. I ordered 2 cups and both had the wrong meat options.... Neither had hardly any rice, one was swimming in some kind of unidentifiable liquid, and the other had probably twice as muchsauce as was necessary. Not sure what happened. Read more
