Ordered a large salad with shredded pork. They literally put the portion of the shredded pork for one bite of meat. I?m not a... big meat eater, but this was absolutely ridiculous. $10 salad? No - it wasn?t. Save your money and go somewhere else. Thelettuce was half of the normal serving. I checked out not seeing the salad. I took the salad back and didn?t eat a bite. I scheduled a curbside pickup order for 2:00 pm and waited outside for 20 minutes past the pickup time. I was kind of sick that... day and didn?t want to have to go in, but didn?t have the time to wait a half hour. I went in and the restaurant was prettyempty. When I went to ask about my food, there were four or five employees working in the kitchen. I waited next to theregister, and no one addressed me for about five minutes. I understand it gets busy sometimes, especially in food, but it wasclearly not a busy time. When someone finally came over, I told them that I had a curbside order for two o?clock. They said?name??, and I gave them my name. They picked up a finished bag of food behind them, handed it to me without saying anotherword, and walked away. Again, I try to be understanding and know they maybe mistook it for a pickup order, but they literallysaid one word to me. There was no apology, I didn?t even a full sentence! Then I left and my food was cold and I was sadhaha. Pretty lame experience and I will be avoiding this location in the future. Read more
Too much money for the quality of food. Order grilled chicken tacos and instead got burned tortilla shell lettuce and tomato... tacos. Hardly any protein. The service was lacking. No sense of urgency, it was an hour before closing and the put away most ofthe ingredients away. They had to pull them back out because a rush of customers came in. The Costa Vidas in Northern Utah seemto have better quality. Going there next time. Read more
Super friendly staff, quick service, good food! The parking lot was packed when I went, but still got my food quickly.
This place was great from ordering to devouring. The staff was very friendly but also expeditious with getting my order taken... care of. This was my first experience at Costa Vida and if I find myself in this area again I'd look forward to returning tothis location. The prices were great in comparison to the amount of food I recieved. The food was fine, but the service was awful, and the place was a mess. My salad was literally thrown together. All the workers... behind the counter were messing around. I was asked multiple times what I wanted on it because they were talking to theircoworkers working the drive thru. With lettuce sticking out of lid, I put my to go meal down with my brother and went to thebathroom before I headed out. The bathroom was gross. Wet paper towels everywhere on the floor and looked like it hadn?t beencleaned in days. Read more
