The food is great! But the guy behind the counter is patronizing and incredibly rude. We ordered our sandwiches hot and with... extra Cranberry Sauce and the sandwiches came cold and without the extra sauce. When we asked him to add some, he said he onlycould if we payed extra, and he refused to warm our sandwiches. Hope he reads this and can turn the place around. Read more

I second that of others about the service. They don't greet you and my steak sandwich didn't have sweet peppers. I went the... front counter and stood for about 3 to 4 minutes. They all looked at me but didn't say a word. No, 'I'll be with you in amoment's or 'please hold'. One cook looked at me two or three times with out saying a word. I eventually sat down. Great food but TERRIBLE service. I waited for 25 min for 3 sandwiches and they were all made wrong. The crazy thing is that... there were only 2 of us in the restaurant at the time. Clearly they more interested in fulfilling online orders than serving instore customers. Sadly I won't be going back. Read more

Update: after posting this review we were finally contacted. Sad it seemed to take a bad review on google. But they did make... it right with refund and offered a free sandwich (not very interested). Again, most locations have great food and consistency. Just not trying this one again. Inconsistent quality - MOLD on our last visit. We love Capriotti's food - but this location isterrible. One time you will get sufficient sandwich fillings, the next you won't. On our most recent visit we got home andfound large penny sized chunks of mold on the end of one of the sandwiches - VERY hard to miss... We emailed and received a"ticket confirmation" and then received a request for a survey... (really?). So we did the survey and checked "Yes" contact meabout the issue - 4 days later still no email/call. So, customer service is also probably non-existent. No worries - I'm happyto go elsewhere. I love Capriottis. Been to many locations and had great food and experiences. This location was terrible. There was a terrible... atmosphere with signs patronizing customers everywhere. (See attached photos) The tuna sandwich I ordered had hardly any tunaand was just full of lettuce. I?ve had this sandwich at many other locations and loved it. Here the sandwich was meager at best.The whole experience gave the impression that there there was some very grumpy, stingy, angry, penny pinching management behindit all. Will NEVER return to this location. I mean signs that threaten to call the police and telling me I?m on camera?! I am sosorry if some bad things have happened at this location with customers. But patronizing your regular customers and being skimpyon the food is not the answer. Read more

My husband and I came here on a Saturday for lunch. The place was spotless and clean, and the staff was very friendly. When our... sandwiches were ready they brought them out to us. I had the vegetarian philly cheesesteak and my husband had the real one. theywere hot and fresh and absolutely delicious! I will be back for the vegetarian philly.
