Misty is the absolute best bartender at this bar!!! She has been my regular bartender for years and she is so quick, attentive,... always knows what you need before you do, and would genuinely do anything to make you happy during your experience here! While the atmosphere is great for hanging out and catching a sports game on any number of televisions, it's not a great spot for... gathering. Music is kept at a volume that is loud enough, even with few people there, you have to speak loudly to be heard. The staff is friendly enough, but service is at a minimum especially once a meal crowd arrives. Getting follow up for possibleneeds happens fairly often as long as you keep your tab open. They are mid-priced for pricing on most of their menu, a bit highfor their cocktails and drink menu. Restrooms are clean and well kept. I really wanted to like this place as the bar tenders were nice all though very busy. First o asked for an Ol Fashion made with... Bullit. It came out orange, and tasted like it had cinnamon in it. The other bar tender did notice I wasn't touching the drinkand made me another one which was better but was way too sweet. Next I had ordered an appetizer (Monte Crisco Egg Rolls) andafter waiting close to an hour for them I finally got thier attention. First was told it was two orders ahead then mine wouldcome out. After I watched several orders go out I decided to give up and cash out. Got someone's attention to notify the bartenders I was chashing out. Guess what.. they brought me my order as they handed me the card machine. I asked for a to go boxand left. The front ID checker was really cool and I let him know what happened. He was surprised they didn't take something offthe order.. I told him just make sure the manager is aware, thanked him and left.. normally I'm quite considerate of servers asI travel a lot for work, but this was pure negligence as a server or staff.. +1 Food +1 Drinks -3 Service For context, a group of my friends came and drank/ate and I was DD. Service was a bust, waiting... ridiculous amounts of time (nearly an hour) between our server checking on us when it wasn't particularly busy. And afundamental fail on service when our server/kitchen when I stated that my friend had a dairy allergy at least twice. If peopleare drinking and possibly drunk and clearly state a deathly allergy, I think it should be priority. So it shouldn't have to be asecond friend that notices it's a completely wrong order with blatantly obvious cheese on it. Food, the Monte Cristo Egg Rollswere phenomenal! My server was nice the nachos were ok the reason I felt I had to write a review was because of my bar experience. I ordered an... Ameratto Sour like I do almost ever night. This drink was different. It tasted like a sour lime. I explained to my server theissue. She took back to the bartender who tried to doctor it up. But it was far from right. I googled the recipe so I could showit to the bartender. She disagreed with the recipe and said it should be made with lime juice. She made it according to therecipe except for one thing. She cut way back on the Ameratto the drink looked like Sprite. I believe it was done in spite. Read more
