Walked in to order a coffee, 4 employees.. no one would acknowledge I was standing at the counter. The priority is serving the... drive through .. I can?t believe how long I stood there and finally after still nobody saying hi or taking my order I left. First time here. Breakfast brought my order back to the hotel. Order was completely wrong! Ordered iced caramel cielo with... Soy?received it with whole milk. Ordered Avocado toast on white bread?received a grilled cheese sandwich on wheat. Called themand they said they can fix my order later because they were busy. What the heck! Read more
I love this location! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful? Even when I bought my coffee originally at the Orem store,... I went in to buy an extra shot for my espresso float at the Lehi store and they just gave it to me for free. Read more
Sat down in dining room. Ordered a hot chocolate and a turkey panini sandwich. No one else was here. Window was a little busy.... Got coco arrived first. It was not hot. Sandwich showed up in a sandwich bag and it was cold. It looked like it was throwntogether by someone who could care less. The place looked nice but I won?t be back. Read more
Ordered a bacon egg and cheddar croissant, and a toasted everything bagel. This is a smashed croissant that looks like someone... sat on, and they didn't even take apart the bagel to toast it. They just tossed the whole bagel in the oven. I am a regularcustomer, and disappointed. A replacement or credit would be nice. Nice, clean and welcoming! We went as a group of 4 people, each ordered and had 1 person pay. Seemed the wait was a few minutes... longer than usual for your typical coffee, iced coffee or smoothie. The workers (2) apologized for the longish wait.... That'swhy 4 stars. Other than that great place! Super clean environment, great place to sit and visit with friends. Plenty of boothsor tables. Side bar for added straws, napkins, water, ice etc.... Open on Sunday, open WiFi. The drinks we got we're tasty andworth the $$$ prices were from $3 to $7 depending on size and added extras etc... Great stop for a quick bite or coffee break. Ican see why there been around for plenty of years! They know what they are doing and know how to do it, well!! Read more
very bad experience, the coffee spilts anywhere on the cups. And I order a medium size, when I back home turns out its not even... filled up! Please train your staff in professional way! Read more
