UPDATE: After my initial review (below), I was contacted by the company, and they were able to deliver my meals. I understand... it?s a growing business and some missteps are bound to happen. I appreciate their willingness to step up and make things right!As frustrated as I was, I am satisfied with the outcome. As I said in my initial review, the food is really good! Started outgreat, but this week, I wasn?t able to pick up my meals during normal business hours. According to the text I got, normalbusiness hours for the Lehi location are 9am-6pm on Friday. I went this morning (11/05) at 9:45am only to see the vehicle with1% Fitness emblazoned on the side pulling out. I tried to get my meals only to find the doors were locked. Multiple calls andmessages to their ?support? number went unanswered. I signed up with 1% Fitness as a convenient way to eat healthy. Thisexperience has taught me that 1% is not a convenient solution to my food needs. I wouldn?t recommend anyone buy from here. I?msad about that because the food is really good.
