11/18/22 - @ about 12:20pm - Was going to go inside and order since the drive thru was a little long. A guy was walking to the... door as well and tried opening it, but it was locked. I told him apparently they only allow a few people inside the dining room(sit down and eat)...he asked why and I said "Covid I guess". Got in the drive thru..there were 2 people in front of me waitingto order. Waited about 10 minutes and could see the first guy was still waiting to order, so I left and went to Arby's. Went forlunch a week or 2 ago and went inside (the door was unlocked)...there was way more people in there then their "limit". The guycooking the burgers wasn't wearing gloves whole handling the patties...which I believe it's policy that you have to wear gloveswhile handling food. If I go in again and see a worker handling food and not wearing gloves then I will be reporting it. That'sjust gross and unsanitary. Read more
Waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes (saying... hello a few times) before someone came on, then he made us wait another 3... minutes... then, took our order... get to the window and a man with a huge beard was cussing/arguing with a few employees... wasso scatterbrained and not focused enough to be on the window... we?ll never go back Read more
Went in at 618pm, not busy. 4 people working toward front counter. At 621pm, we left because Noone even bothered to acknowledge... us standing at counter. Not a hey, not a we'll be with you in a minute, nothing. Hell, we could of stole anything since no onewas even paying attention. That's ok, we went to Arby's, were acknowledged in 2 seconds, and ate great hot food. So thanksWendy's, for showing us where to never go again. Read more
I never leave a review, but after last night. I have to! Bought a Ceasar salad and I got a plate filled with spring mix (baby... lettuce and spinach) and dry, burnt chicken breast. That's not even the worst part, no croutons, no parmesan crisp and for mydressing, SALSA! I didn't return it as I realized after getting home. Wendy's need to do better. I'll never buy anything fromhere again! I wish I could give zero stars. Update: got a call from management and they offered to remake my meal. Read more
A couple guys from work and I went in to to get some dinner. Terrible service from the staff. They got something wrong with all... of our orders. I got the complete wrong sandwich. They forgot the spoon and crackers for the chili on another one and thenuggets were ice cold. And the 3rd was a salad that came with the wrong dressing and they did not have the correct one aftertaking forever to look for it. This is the worst Wendy's I have been to nor will I ever come again. Read more
I wouldn't recommend the taco salad if you like taco salads. It's more of a chili salad with chips than taco but it was still... good. I can't rate the rest of their food because I only eat the salads at Wendy's. I do enjoy the sweet tea! ???? Read more
My wife and I brought my daughter here for lunch and we had no complaints. Service was fast and friendly and the food was... great! Revisit: 6-19-19 Disappointed, the drive thru line was slow, the guy in the window seemed unsure of what he was doing.We were shorted one of our meals. I went back around to the drive thru and got sick of sitting and waiting so i got out of line,parked and went inside. I got my other meal but was regretting going inside because of how nasty this place was. Everythinglooked dirty. There were employees in socks and flip flops in the kitchen. I was tempted to brink back all of my food. I didn?teat. I went elsewhere for food. I told everyone else in there about the inside and they almost threw the food away. This sucksbecause it is becoming a common thing with these drive thru restaurants. My wife and I agree that we will not be coming back tothis location. Read more
I think I had the best chicken nuggets from this Wendy's that I have ever had from any Wendy's and I love me some Wendy's
