UPDATE: Have been getting the chicken nuggets recently...AWESOME! Crisp on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Glad... to see the older cashier from my experience below is still there. ---------- Did an first time, app order. It came across asmy first name so there was some confusion when we initially got there. There were no chicken legs ready so i immediately agreedto substitution so order was quickly put together. Was later amazed at the pieces we ate given! Meanwhile, cashier offered uscomplimentary drinks while we waited (GREATLY appreciated on a hot day). Good, friendly, fast, service as usual. The customer service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. I will never visit this location again. I asked for mayonnaise... on my burger and didn't get it. I got a room temperature can of Sprite soda instead of a large soda with the only explanationbeing that it was all they had! I don't know how this location is still in business! Read more
Nothing worse than some undercooked chicken tenders. I knew they were undercooked when I got home the tenders by the color of... them they're supposed to be dark in color not light. Took one bite and couldn't eat them they were so gooie that I couldn'tstand the texture of them in my mouth I threw them away 8$+ wasted on some food I couldn't eat not to mention 35 minutes in thedrivethrough!!!! Got my food home to find out my bread was moldy. Called the store for the manager to call me a liar and give me attitude. On top... of them already forgetting to make my order so I waited for over 30 minutes for my food. I didn?t want anything from them butfor them to be aware that they had bad bread. Read more
The tenders are square-shaped and rubbery. Feels like I'm biting into gummy candy instead of chicken. The breading just kind of... falls off them. Completely different from a few months ago. I thought it was bad service last week but this week they were thesame thing. The ebb and flow of Leesville restaurants is ridiculous. I hope Whataburger stays nice but I'm sure it'll befall thesame fate. No wonder businesses keep an arm's length from this town. Read more

The food was good but the chicken was not hot. Chicken is a PHF ( potentially hazardous food) and should be held at the proper... holding temperature. I ate my meal inside the resturaunt so there is not a possibility that it cooled down during the triphome. I could see that they had a huge amount of food prepared and this was about 2 PM, a relatively slow period. At this timeof day they should be using progressive cooking . Read more
