I ordered a cookie cake as well as two different cookie decorating kits. My cake design was smashed but that wasn't even a big... deal...what upset me was that even though I paid for two decorating kits, I was given only one kit worth of icing and candydecorations. I get it, they figure the one set is enough icing and candy for 24 cookies. But the fact is these kits aren'tcheap and I paid for 2 complete kits. On top of that, one kit was supposed to be a mix of gingerbread cutouts and house shapedcutouts. They only gave me the gingerbread cutouts, and they were gingerbread flavor cookies instead of chocolate chip like thedescription said. Honestly, from now on I'll take my business to Lake Charles. Not sure who is working now, but I sent my daughters in to order our weekly ice cream. They both said the lady was rude. The... lady in a rude tone asked, "what do you want?" The service was poor all the way through. My cup was definitely missing some icecream. It was only half full. Totally disappointmented. If we ever go again, that lady will never get our businessagain. Update: went to get my fix yesterday and the service was great. The amount of ice cream served was perfect. Would havegave it a 5 star, but they were out of my favorite flavor - bday cake. Read more

I will never use this store again. i have ordered my son's birthday cookie from the Leesville store for the last several years.... For his 18th Birthday and his Sr Night at his final baseball game, i ordered a cookie cake online (several days ahead of time)to pick up on his bday (04/20/21). They could not find my order at all when i got there. After several moments of looking theyfound my order. The excuse given to me was that it was a fault of their system..Sorry not good enough...i will NEVER shop thereagain. Read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Twice now we ordered 3 cakes from this location and shown up the day before the birthday party and... Father's Day to be told they didn't have the cakes! Manager didn't care! Had to spend 30 minutes waiting on refund! Owner wascalled to assist on getting refund and they didn't care either! Just kept questioning who was on shift while I waited due totheir incompetence! Read more
My husband ordered a cookie cake (square) May 7th in order for it to be ready for Mother?s Day today May 8th. He said the lady... was very rude on the phone when he called on the 7th, but she said it would be done May 8th at 11:30. He goes up there today May8th and they tell him to give them 15-20 minutes to decorate the cake. So he waits the appropriate time goes back in and thenthey tell him the cake hasn?t even been baked yet. What?s the point in calling in a order if it?s not gonna be ready by theappropriate time that the business set. They did offer him a circle cake but that?s not what he ordered, and in order for him toget the circle cake he would have to wait an hour for it to be ready. Poor service in my opinion.
