Pros: -Ice cream quality was good Cons: -The two female workers that served my family and I were extremely rude. -1 even had... earbuds in and was completely not paying attention to what we were ordering. -When we asked to speak to the manager they saidthey would go in the back and call them. (They didn?t) -They kept peeking at us to see if we were still waiting and finallydecided to come out when new customers arrived. (So childish and unprofessional) -We waited for about 10 minutes only to realizethey lied about reaching out to the manager, so we left. -The WORST ice cream store I have ever encountered. Used to like the milkshakes here. Idk if the recipes have been altered but the last 3 milkshakes I have recieved are liquid.... There's no thickness it's just flavored milk by the time it's handed out. When I stated to the employee it was not what Iordered he just asked if there was anything else and charged for a sub par product. Read more

The quality is fine. But my issue was with the hygiene and OSHA standards of the worker who made my order. She didn?t use gloves... when scooping my ice cream and kept running her hands through her hair while making my order, before, and after. Turned me offto one of the only good places in town. Horrible customer service. Not greeted and ignored by 2 employees. Took 10 minutes to finally get an icecream. Reminder you that... the store was empty. Employers and the Manager need to learn some costumer service skills. Read more
I placed an ?order ahead? order online for a Great American cookie cake for 11 in the morning. (Please note that I had to drive... over 30 minutes away to pick it up.) Once I got there at 11, I tried to pick up my order only to find out that not only was itnot ready, it hadn?t even been worked on at all. The worker then proceeded to ask if I could come back in an hour pick it up, Ideclined and then suddenly they were able to have it ready for me in the next 20 minutes... Very well pleased with the friendliness and cleanliness of the place. Very attentive workers and a short wait time. Wish I... would've came earlier they ran out of cheesecake ice cream :(, but I had a carrot cake shake to make up for it and it waswonderful. Read more
Update Dec 2022: Went for cookies & ice cream. A few ppl inside with 2 workers. You can tell the workers were not happy. Rude,... not professional. Girl with dark hair & tattoos literally told us "yeah there are more cookies under but I'm too lazy to putthem out." There were very few selections for cookies available but they had more, just lazy. 2020: Small, simple location likeany other location. Approx. 28 flavors of ice cream plus candy add-ins. Also has Great American Cookie. Offers ice cream cakesand pints of ice cream in their freezer. Do wish flavors changed more often. Staff was okay. 3 employees behind the counter butonly one would take and make orders while the others sampled the ice cream themselves. Read more
