Really rude/getto/ unprofessional customer service. Especially the two girls taking orders at the drive in before closing on... 08/21/22. Never had any issues at this KFC. I made a delivery order for my mom and she loved it.
I love KFC. But this is the last time for me at this location. Have had bad food each time, this time the chicken was burned... and had a greasy taste, the gravy on the mashed potatoes had a burnt taste, the coleslaw was just cabbage and no dressing. I am about done with KFC in Leesville! The young man at the window was very nice. However I was the only person in the drive... thru and they ask me to pull around and park. The last time that happened they gave my order to someone else and waited like anhour for food! then my husband went the next time and they left him sitting in the parking for 45 minutes with people coming and going, when he went to check his food they had just completely skipped his order. Then tonight I didn?t wait long, the niceyoung man brought my food I glanced in the bag it looked okay. Butttt?. When I got home my famous bowl was Mashed potatoes andgravy. No corn. 5-28-19 revisit.....Complete screw up. We placed our order. My nephew picked everything up, drove home 20 minutes away to... realize that they didn?t give us our whole order. And they put stuff on our order that we didn?t ask for. We live too far awayto just go run back and get the rest of our order. My nephew should have checked the order because clearly they were too busy tomake sure they did their job. *1st visit* Well I finally decided to give KFC a try and it was pretty good. I got the NashvilleHot chicken tenders with Fries, biscuit and a Coke. The Chicken was delicious, the flavors were perfect for my taste. The frieswere awesome. They have the best fries or wedges in my opinion. The coke was perfect but the biscuit tasted like a cheap frozenbiscuit from the supermarket. Popeyes biscuits are hands down better but I wont base the quality of my visit on a biscuit.Overall the food was very good the staff was friendly and the service was pretty quick for 11am. Went thru drive thru they took my order then sent me around told me they would bring my food to me. Then 15 min later came out... told me sorry it would be 9 min they had to cook it, I only wanted 1 chicken breast , 1 peace box original so I said I'll takea thigh she said ok , so then I waited another 20 min to finally get a cold thigh , after watching several other people comethru getting orders and driving off. You would think if they didn't have any food cooked they would tell you before they tookyour money ! And made you wait only to get cold food ! I will never go back to this place again ! Read more
