Usually, this place is a 5 for us. Super dependable and consistent quality. I'm not sure if the staff and/or ownership has... changed, but the quality tonight was poor. Ordered the chicken salad. The greens were fine. Bones in the chicken and insteadof giving us the extra dressing we ordered, we got jalapeño pepper sauce. We ordered fries. They were soaking wet andsignificantly under cooked. I wanted to order two rotisserie chickens for dinner. Walked in two three workers in the back listening to music, looked me in... the eye and nothing. Not a hello we?ll be right with you. NOTHING. Good flavor and juicy chicken, the closest thing to eating in Perú, the salchipapa very good, large portion, the yuccas are... noticeable that they are fresh, the banana in noted that it was fried in oil with out burning I will return to try ceviche, thatit like him grilled chicken must be good. Great flavors and cooked perfectly but the portion size was way too small. Ordered a half chicken, received two small ?quarters?... rather than the full half you usually get at other charcoal chicken restaurants. Sides were tasty also- fries and onion ringscrisp with good flavor but again extremely small portions. Almost $14 with no drink seems steep. Lowering the prices orincreasing portion size would be a great improvement. Read more

I'm very disappointed for not to say something else! On Saturday night December 3rd me and a friend walk into the restaurant,... trying to order something, but as soon as we walked in the girl behind the counter immediately told us that they were closing at8:30 itwas 8:02 when we walked in. After that I asked her why on the door sign showing closing time is at 9:00 p.m. ,so sheREPLIED THAT THEY HAD SOMETHING IN THE KITCHEN THAT WASN'T WORKING.
