I ordered a simple decaf latte grande from a Starbucks that is drive thru only for some reason. What I got was an unmarked... pumpkin spice latte. Ordinarily wouldn't care the order wasnt exactly right but I am very allergic to cinnamon. I immediatelywent into respiratory distress made worse by the fact that I was in my car. Thank goodness I wasn't in motion at the time. I wasable to use my inhaler and went back to the Starbucks to exchange for the coffee I had ordered but apparently they had closedright after I left. As usual, Starbucks keeps providing extraordinary customer service and welcoming shopping/visit experience. The staff and the... supervisor or the manager of the store during my visit today, they all were friendly, polite, communicative, and superhelpful. Great customer service! Read more
This is the worst manage Starbucks I ever been too. The inside is never open and I see the manage sitting on their A** in a... booth staring at a laptop. If they are so short on staff that they can?t open then why isn?t the manage working behind counter.In addition another SB 10 miles away is just as busy and somehow mange?s to be fully open with four people. This is the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to and I e been to a lot. I understand being short handed but this Starbucks... clearly has an issue. It?s about 30 mins when I do drive through. Never again. Also they close at 4 pm. Management needs tofigure out how to improve this place. Read more
On way back from doctor?s office really early in the morning passed by this location which was my first time. Has a drive thru... which is really busy ion the morning so I went inside to order my London Fog Latte Tea. Pretty busy but service was quick andlots of seating inside and outside. Read more
Not my first time to this Starbucks and always there is the same issue! But today it?s completely ridiculous! I am in The drive... thru right now, I Understand there is a lot of customers but I guess there should be more employees? No kidding I am herestanding in drive thru around 20 mins for a cup of coffee and a sandwich! And I think I still Have a loooong way to go manypeople just quit waiting and got out. It?s the same problem long wait time always at this location but today this reachedanother level. Not going back even if it?s on my way?. Absolutely horrible ! Just an update finally reached the window orderand the person is nice and said he is new?. Still please management don?t leave new people alone?? This store is great on weekdays. But they have to do something about the weekends. All of the attention is given to the drive... through customers. The line is huge and the store is not ready. It?s understaffed! Please, solve this issue. Our drinks took 25minutes to make. :( Read more
This Starbucks is so lame. They are open at their convenience and when you ask why they don?t have their store or drive thru... open it?s always they say because of staffing. Then how comes the Starbucks in Leesburg across from Costco doesn?t have thissame staffing problem? I went there today at 2:15 pm and they were totally closed. Thought I?d give them another chance but I amway, way over them. Just go out of business and let someone else use your franchise license?jeez Read more
