Not terrible but not the best. Like all Starbucks the baristas are not trained well and aren?t happy. My drink had no shot that... I ordered. The tables are wobbling wouldn?t take much to fix it and the name was not called out so my drink sat there until Iasked for it myself. They could do better. Take pride in your work. Read more
I know a number of staff members and they are treated pretty poorly. Since they relocated and opened a drive-thru, it has been... very problematic. Not enough staff for the volume, and many people quit since they are overworked. Sometimes it can take an hourto get through the line in the morning. They are now always closed, since there aren?t enough workers. Sad. Read more
It?s the 4th- I get it. But you?re open. Website says you?re open. So walked down to get a coffee. Except- the only thing open... is the drive through. Fine. Walked through the drive through (and yes I get you?re not supposed to) when snarky rude employeechastises me for being there without a vehicle. So I responded- well I have no choice as the lobby is closed. Can you let meinside please? No further response- no apology, no offer to try and assist. Never had to wait that long at a Starbucks drive-thru before so I decided to go to the window. The employee didn?t want to take... my order at the window unless I go around again and back to the speaker. The employees cared more about talking to each otherthan giving a faster service. Read more

Give more support to your employees so they know how to work the POS machine and the bar. Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to -... people waiting over half an hour for their drinks. Employees are very nice but very visibly drowning on a casual low-trafficSaturday. Updated to say that while I waited 40 minutes for a latte, I witnessed multiple health code violations from employeesthat aren't being correctly trained or supported by management. And saw four customers leave without their drinks. And finalupdate that I cancelled my order and left without my drink (which I still paid for) because after 45 minutes I lost hopeentirely of ever getting it. Read more
