This location needs help. Last time the pizza was half cooked, still dough in middle. This time they couldn?t find the order,... and made no effort to try. Waited for 10 min, they couldn?t find the order and instead of asking me if I wanted them to start anew one, they ignored me until I left. Good job. Read more

We are regulars ordering from the Leesburg Papa John's. Typically deliveries are pretty speedy, sometimes on a Friday they can... be laggy, but hey everyone is ordering on a Friday! We love the stuffed crust, chicken wings and the Mambo sauce too. PapaJohn's keeps us coming back with its consistency and of course the "Nats win" coupon makes me a lazy cook on the occasional weeknight. Read more
Ordered 3 pizzas 11/21/20... *NONE* of the boxes had the safety seal (sticker) that guarantees box stays closed & food can't be... touched once it's placed in the box. I called the store minutes after delivery and spoke to "Phil, Manager" and he wasunconcerned about it and made no offer to rectify the situation but simply said the corporate office has been "slow" to providean adequate number of the box seals. I reminded him that all PapaJohn's advertising informs customers that food boxes are"Safety Sealed" to guarantee food has not been touched. He was annoyed by the entire conversation and still did not offer anyreplacement food, credit for a future order or anything else. I suggested they use TAPE as a way to seal food boxes if theyhave in fact run out of the corporate safety seals! I now have 3 pizzas, not sealed that were tossed all over the place duringdelivery and I have no idea whether the food was touched or not because the boxes are not sealed!!! Read more
I am glad to see some folks have had a good experience. Our pizza always takes longer than projected. It has been cold when... delivered lay so assume they waited till they had several to send. Most recently we ordered a pizza with sausage as aningredient. It had exactly 6 small pieces right in the middle. If management monitors this I have a picture if you want. Nexttime just keep those 6 pieces to boost your profits even more Read more
Preordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party the day before. The day of, they had not delivered at the time they said they would. We... had to call them up and they said their system went down. They rushed our order and still were able to get the pizza to us.Manager made it right with us and explained the glitch. Great customer service and great pizza. Thank you. I still give a 4despite being late because I belive this is not the norm. Read more
