When you want Mexican takeout, most people think of a more popular restaurant that is frequented by bloggers and social media... types. Not me. I prefer good food and good service. Plus, want guacamole? Sure, it's not extra...and you get a bag full ofchips. And don't forget to grab salsa on the way out at the salsa bar. Something else that the "other place" doesn't give you. Food quality is bad. They always give the red sauce even if you order green. It tastes like the Tostitos sauce. Also, they... always miss ingredients when ordered online. Probably not eating here again after having bad experiences the last few orders. Read more
would give this one star if i could. Was my first time getting Moes in over a year and I asked if they had quesadillas. Without... answering my question, the guy grabs a tortilla and starts putting cheese on it. I look at him confused because he didn't answera simple and respectful question. He then laughs along with his coworker and then I ask for double chicken. He completely skimpson it and I asked again if that was double, and he again, does not answer me but faces his coworker and laughs again. At thispoint i get annoyed and ask them what was so funny? No response again of course. Don't mean to sound like a Karen but customerservice is literally the easiest thing in the world and is so crucial in restaurants. Read more
What an utter disappointment this place has become. My family used to go here all the time when under different management. I've... been there a handful of times over the last year or so, and every time I say "never again." I broke that resolution recently,and I'm back to "never again." Every time I've been there over the last year or so, the restaurant has been utterly filthy. Noone in the place at all most recently, and nearly EVERY TABLE was dirty, food crumbs, etc. The floors were filthy, too. Lettuceon the floor, pieces of other food, trash, looks like it hasn't been mopped in weeks, etc. Tables were wobbly, etc. We walkedaround the empty restaurant just looking for a clean table. Finally found ONE. And again, NO ONE was there, just the workers. Noexcuse whatsoever for the restaurant to be in this condition. Food was OK, but with the consistent condition of this now DUMP,I can't say I'm confident in the ways it's being cooked and served. Used to be some pride in this place, but that is completelygone. Food dropped all over the queso dip and they served it to me like that ???? Salsa is not kept cold enough. Not sure if this... restaurant would pass a health inspection the way things have been here lately. Read more
The food was great and the staff was very friendly, but the bathroom was terrible. Mold, corrosion, general lack of cleanliness,... and the toilet was in disrepair. It was strange because the restaurant itself was quite clean. Read more
The best customer service! I placed an order online and accidentally ordered it for the wrong time. The order was for my office,... so this was a big mistake on my part. I called the restaurant and although they didn't have to, they contact the deliveryservice FOR ME to change the time. One thing always leads to another and of course the time got changed but the order didn'ttransfer. The manager at Moe's actually called me to explain the situation, and offered to make my order as quickly as possibleand deliver it to my office HERSELF! I can't thank her enough, she totally saved the day!! She didn't need to any of this, andmost people wouldn't have. Sarah, thank you! Read more
