My kids said the burgers were fine but the fries were not good. I told them that there was no soap in the restroom and they... said they knew that already because the dispenser is broken. I asked them how they wash their hands after the use the restroomand apparently there is a sink at the back of the kitchen. Anywho, clear health violation here and Burger21 is sooo much betterwith a great emphasis on hygiene. Read more
Burgers here are always great, I've never had a problem with them. The fries are a different story though. More often than... not, the fries will be greasy, soft, half-cooked, and not good at all. This rating is not for the quality of food because that is a solid 5 - everything on the menu is top quality. I have been eating... from Burger Fi Leesburg since they opened here and have raved about it to my friends and colleagues at work. While therestaurant ambiance, cleanliness and maintenance has been consistently maintained and the food is as great as it was on day 1,sadly, I cannot say the same for their service staff, which started off equally great but over time has been been declining andtonight?s experience convinced me that i am no longer going to this location. My carryout order was ready for the front countergirl to just bag it and hand over to me but it took her almost 10 minutes to finally do so. I am not exaggerating here and therewere no other orders to go. She just seemed more interested in listening in on a conversation between two other staff in thekitchen. And just stand there holding my order. I waited all along thinking she did not have everything i ordered but as itturned out, she already had my complete order ready but did not care that it was getting cold and i was standing right therewaiting for it. I did bring this up to her when she casually walked over and handed me the bag and she still had no courtesy toapologize, rather said we are busy and short staffed. I said i am standing right here all along and you have not been busyrather just standing there holding my order to which she still tried to make an excuse that i need to take breaks too? at thispoint, i just grabbed my food and told her our conversation is over and walked away. Super disappointed?.. i hope themanagement makes an effort to train their team and make immediate improvements otherwise it will be sad to see such a goodestablishment loose loyal customers. Read more
