Bill Haase makes the best damn beer in the country and it?s not even close. I?ve never had a beer here in 4+ years that was... anything less than a 4.75 out of 5.0. I?ve ordered kegs for private parties, entertained private parties at The Hoof, andthoroughly enjoyed many of the various activities/festivals hosted here. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and most important well crafted beer! Award winning Helles - well deserved.
Good, consistent beer. They have mostly German inspired beers and use imported German hops. They have the most consistently... available hefe on tap in the area that is very very good and similar to a Franziskaner. The service is consistently good, theonly downside is that they are typically very busy on any given Saturday and Sunday and it's often hard to get a seat. Definitely worth checking out! Read more
Really nice local brewery with inside and a limited amount of outside seating. They currently have 10 beers on tap. I had a... kolsch and a hefeweizen, and both were very good. Limited food menu, but they welcome you to bring in outside food. Definitelyworth a visit! Read more
