I went to this subway a week or so ago, and I forgot to do a review. But when I tell you I had the best experience here it was... incredible. A sandwich artist by the name Hailey if I?m not mistaken made my sandwich, and it was so gooooodddddd infressssshhhh I literally had to come back the next day and get another sub. I specifically asked for her to make my sandwich.She was very professional and polite. Her customer service skills was the best I?ve seen in Leesburg in a while respectfully. Would rate 0 if I could. I got doordash and Matthew replaced my 2 totes of cookies with 2 bags of chips. He didn't call. He... didn't ask the driver to ask me. He didn't put a receipt on the bag. He didn't give me a fork for the salad I bought. Absolutelyhorrible. I work 2 jobs concerning food and customer service. This is absurd. I'd never do this to a customer, even for a doordash order. I will absolutely be in contact with the store manager in the morning and corporate. This is not the kind of serviceor attitude you show to a guest. Edit: I talked to the morning manager and she is fixing it for me. I'm still raising thesituation up because Matthew gave off the feeling with his responses that he would not be in any kind of trouble for thissituation and that should not be the case here.
