The building has that old building smell to it. Service was a little slow at first. We ordered, got our salads and right behind... our salads was our dinner (which we sent back) Once we did get our dinner (which was good) it started to rain on our table, theymoved us and the same thing happened at the new table. We just finished our food paid and left. They didn't offer any kind of %off or anything for the trouble of the rain fall on both tables. We were celebrating my mom's birthday it was about 13 of us there The waitress wasn't as attentive or observant to us as far as... checking and seeing what we needed. I asked for water with lemons on the side. She brought water with lemon in it. Than shecorrected the order, she probably brought the same water. It's a safety reason I get lemons on the side. We had to keep askingher for what we wanted. No one offered to sang Happy Birthday to my mom. The waitress advised she had another table to attendto as if it was a bother. Did she not apply for this job. She had a nice nasty disposition. After getting the appetizersorder. I told her I was ready to order food, so was mom ring a diabetic she needed to eat asap. It took the food along while toget to us. Perhaps they were short workers. My salmon didn't smell fresh and I didn't want it, I told her, she did offeranother one or a substitute, but because everything else was taking so long I refused. Than a guy comes over with a semi unit onhis face asking about my dish and offered other options, I didn't want anything. He said I wouldn't be charged for my food. Ididn't ask for anything free. I only ate the salad and Brussels sprouts. Another waitress saw us taking pictures and offered tolet us go into another section where the lighting was better. She should have received the tips instead of the one area we satin. Was so glad to get out of there, thus was were my mom wanted to come not me. Read more
We frequent this location and have never had a bad experience here. Food is always hot and fresh. Servers are always friendly... and quick to get what you need. We never have had to send any food back to the kitchen for any reason. The Cheddar biscuits arealways soft and fresh. I mean really do you need any other reason than the delicious basket of biscuits? My first time at this red lobster ???? I went there to eat but change my mind and do the to go instead because it was late.... Then to my surprise I found a worm ???? on my broccoli ???? which was disgusting I couldn't return it because I was alreadyhome and they would have been close by the time I get back. My husband and I always go to the Ref Lobster in Leesburge, FL. We usually go about 6 times a year. We have always been... satisfied with the food and never had an issue with price , because the food was that good. From taste to selection. Well, wewent the other day and left totally disappointed. Our service was good, but our food was not! When I mentioned to the serverthat our dinners did not taste the same. Her response was, oh! They changed the recipe! Service was excellent. I was excited to see the new, post pandemic menu. I had a shrimp cocktail -- the shrimp were obviously... pre-cooked and frozen. The rest of the food fell a bit short of the quality that I had been used to. This Pina Colada Sunsetdrink never disappoints, though! Read more

Red Lobster is consistent, if not innovative , in their offerings. You know what you’re going to get, and it’s usually very... tasty. We have not tried the desserts, but they do look yummy. Read more
