Stay away. 10 of us walked in and 10 immediately walked out. After placing the order and sitting down, 15 minutes later the... employee behind the counter shouted at the group they didnt have chicken. They offered chicken wings to substitute for theentire group order. $90 in sales immediately left the establishment shortly after. The soda machine was inoperable. The manageron site seemed uninterested to fix it or to talk to the costomers with some type of reasurance or professionalism. Untrainedmanagement lacked the ability to deal with customes and it sadly showed. This establishment is bleeding money due to costumerswalking out. Clearly on a death spiral. My service was absolutely horrible. I ordered a 4 piece combo. I got no fries with my combo and what was supposed to be a 4... piece was actually 2 pieces. They need a 0 star option I've ordered online a previous time when they first opened. I drove 15 minutes to get here when the... food was supposed to be ready 5 minutes before arrival got here and still waited 30 minutes or so. I decided to try it againmonths later pretty much the same experience it's 530pm and no chicken. They can't blame it on no help they're plenty ofemployees in there it only takes 1 cook to keep up. First I do not know why people say it is expensive. I paid $16 tax included for 10 pieces of chicken which also included to... breasts. I tried to order through the drive-in but that didn't work out so I went inside. The lady who waited on me was verynice and did the best she could and getting my order together. My only complaint was the batter on the chicken was very saltyand I love salt. The chicken itself was cooked perfectly. Hopefully they do a little better in time. Read more
Went into this Popeys on my way to Florida from Georgia and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service. Most Popeys... restaurants have nasty attitude employees, but this restaurant was very nice and helpful. I should have told them that at thetime, but I didn't.
