just left there, bad customer service, helped a customer before me when i was there first. said the frappe machine was being... cleaned so they couldn?t do frappes or smoothies, i asked how long it takes them to clean it because we were willing to wait?mysons baseball team wanted frappes so you lost a lot of sales and dunkin got them instead. i hope corporate sees this ?? lady at inside cashier...could not Crack a smile...forgot to hand me my empty cup that was supposed to go with the #1 ... meal...apparently she was also supposed to prepare my iced coffee I ordered, when her coworker friends came in she was allsmiles. Really ? when after I paid for #1 and stood there watching her play with her personal phone , was very very thirsty toofrom my busy workday , having never for 6 hours stopped at my work to drink anything, I should not have been ignored for her todo a personal phone call and leave me standing there asking for my cup. Hey it's Mickey D's. BUT this one was clean. The employees were alive and engaging and LISTENED. I stated my order ONCE, it was... repeated back to me perfectly and the order was hot and precise. Y'all better give the trainer at this store a raise. Or evenbetter, CORPORATE go steal that person and have them implement how they execute that training. This store was on point! Read more
Took 4 minutes just to take my order. Please Teach your people how to speak... When you pull up to the only mic because the... other lane is closed and you have to wait for 4 minutes just to tell your order. I hate being ignored. This was a heavy setlady with a short shaved black hair-do in a dark tan or brown top. Then to make it even worse the fries were like brittle, overcooked, cardboard. I just paid over 17 dollars for burnt food.Thats the way the night shift rolls @ Mc D's off 14th in Leesburg. During the day it is much better. Read more
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I went through the drive through for a McDouble and a drink. Once I got to the pick up window... they asked me to go park in the "circle" (probably to reset their timers so they seem efficient, which they ARE NOT). I'm notexaggerating here, I sat in my car for 22 minutes. I finally got sick of waiting and was walking inside for a refund, butsomeone was coming out with my bag. I drove away and realized they messed up my order AND it was cold. Just shut this placedown. It is the most inefficient circus and the ring leader has gone missing. Read more
The late night employees deserve a raise instead of five stars! They do their job in dire and stressful conditions. Alot of the... time short staffed, due to someone not showing up for work. On two separate occasions that I was there, they ran the place with2-4 employees and did an excellent job at it! Wait times were long, but my order was completed and well worth it! Great job! I ordered two meals and the Burgers were find, but they barely gave us fries, on top of that they were cold and soggy af. Im not... surprised being that its McDonalds but damn at least give me more soggy cold fries than that. Read more
