Croissant breakfast sandwich are awesome They should have a warmer or somting to have a hot sandwich that's my only problem. Very rude employees. Walked inside to order as the drive thru is to long and slow at all times of the day. Didn?t get greeted.... Employee didn?t say much of anything. Out of bagels, wraps, cheese, bacon and sausage. Watch an employee with gloves on stockthe donuts. Stopped what she was doing and was handling dollar bills and change with the SAME gloves and then went back tostocking the donuts. GROSS! from then on I watched each employees and the gloves and NOBODY changed gloves after touchingeverything and then handling food. Sweet tea was not sweet tea. This location used to have the best service? always had fresh coffee and donuts. Since then the service has went down... tremendously! Today I was told there was no bagels and no small cups. The coffee was horrible and the bacon strips was cold! Thestaff lacked customer service skills and the drive thru speaker that?s used to place orders is busted. Most of the workers act like the customers are an inconvenience, my order is wrong more than half the time, and I ALWAYS wait... 20+ minutes for my order even if there?s only two cars in front of me.
