Food was delicious but our server Ana was pretty darn bad. She ignored us, took a long time to serve us. Rarely came to our... table and I had to go to the manager to get refills on drinks and napkins. She was so terrible that we got another server. Ihonestly don't know what was the issue with our first server, because we saw her interacting a lot with another family twotables away from us. I tried to stay civil and not get the manager or anything but we saw the difference in service between usand the other family and we couldnt help but feel that it was related to us being Hispanic, but I feel like its a long stretchand hope is not about that. I have been to this Denny's in Leesburg, FL multiple times & haven't had an issue until yesterday, 6/25/2022. Took my daughters... there for breakfast and it was horrible. First off, server was amazing, but that was the only good thing about the visit. Thehost acted like she didn't want to be there. Get a new job! We ordered their new donut puppies and there was a hair in mydaughter's. By the time we got our food, it was lukewarm and had no seasoning. The iced tea was hot! Ice was melted before wegot the cups. My other daughter got blueberry pancakes and the blueberries did not taste real. None of us finished our meals.Left sick to our stomach the rest of the day. Read more
Very fast service, food was great. Cyndi is such a fantastic waitress and so efficient. I really would recommend this Denny's.... The bathroom was spotless and the restaurant was extremely clean. I enjoyed it. Read more
Food and service was horrible. Pancake puppies tasted burnt because grease is old in the fryer, eggs were undercooked again,... bacon tasted like it was sitting there for 2 days, toast was stale, server was inattentive, etc. Last time I came eggs wereundercooked, water tasted like it had bleach in it and didn't arrive to the until we were finishing eating, etc. Will not beback and I will make sure to recommend people avoid Denny's. Would have given 0 stars but Google review doesn't let you do thatso I had to give them a star for that reason. Read more
Idc if you?re going to way overcharge me for me for my order including a Cheese quesadilla that isn?t even on the menu. I... appreciate you doing that and will tip at least 50% for your efforts. But to the manager from last night? this isn?t aquesadilla. This would barely fill up my children. If I?m gonna pay $15 for a cheese quesadilla at least half way me up.Because the kids cheese quesadillas used to come with more than this when my daughter would buy it. Thanks. Read more
Food was good once you finally got it and it was cooked properly. But the service was awful. Waited over 20 minutes for them to... recook hash browns that never came back. Didn't get the toast that was ordered with the meal. Had to ask three times for syrupbecause server didn't bring it with the meals. Had to listen to them gripe about how they didn't want to work on Fridays. Had tofinally call for the manager because our food was getting cold and didn't have complete meal. Also had to watch our food go tosomebody else even when they were told it belonged to our table. She looked straight at us and took to someone else. The managerfinally shows up after requesting a second time to see him and only after threat of non payment for meal. He did take off mywife's meal on the bill and gave her a fully cooked meal with everything coming at the same time. That was absolutely withoutany doubt whatsoever the worst service we ever experienced. I saw better service being given on that Game of Thrones Red Weddingepisode than what we received last night. And no we will not be going back again ever. One and done not to have that repeatedagain and don't recommend patronage to that restaurant. Read more
